




Job Summary: We are seeking a Junior .Net Software Systems Engineer to design, develop, and optimize complex cloud-based software solutions, lead projects, and improve code quality. REQUIREMENTS: \- Minimum education: Graduate or Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering. \- Minimum experience: 2 to 3 years of experience in this or similar roles. \- Advanced proficiency in .Net and C#. \- Advanced spoken English proficiency. \- Experience with modern frontend frameworks and web architectures. \- Experience developing and operating high-traffic, customer-facing web applications. WORKING CONDITIONS: \- REMUNERATION: Gross salary S/1,300 to S/1,500 under MYPE regime \- WORK HOURS: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. \- LUNCH BREAK: 1 hour and 30 minutes \- WORK MODALITY: On-site RESPONSIBILITIES: \- Design and architect complex cloud-based software solutions aligned with evolving business requirements. \- Independently design and develop large-scale functionalities and system components using modern .NET technologies. \- Lead technical implementation of key projects, ensuring seamless integration with databases, APIs, and cloud services. \- Drive improvements in code quality, performance, scalability, and platform reliability. \- Optimize database schemas and queries, enhance application performance, and scale cloud deployments. \- Lead technical discussions and provide guidance on architectural decisions, including API design, database architecture, and cloud service selection. \- Conduct in-depth code reviews and deliver clear, actionable, and constructive feedback on design and implementation. \- Diagnose and resolve computing and network issues affecting office staff. \- Proactively identify and mitigate technical risks, such as performance bottlenecks and security vulnerabilities. \- Contribute to defining technical roadmaps, architectural direction, and technology decisions. \- Mentor and support junior and semi-senior engineers, promoting sound engineering practices and principles. \- Help define, document, and enforce coding standards and development best practices. \- Implement applications to facilitate payment management and accounting processes. **Requirements** * Minimum education: University graduate * 3 years of experience * Commitment to the company Employment type: Full-time Work location: On-site employment
