




**Main Responsibilities:** * Review that the Annual Training Plan is approved and up to date. * Collect training programs and schedules from all departments. * Verify compliance with scheduled timelines and planned content. * Analyze learning evaluation results following training. * Supervise employee attendance at training sessions. * Validate that trainers adhere to prescribed content and methodologies. * Prepare periodic reports on plan implementation (executed vs. planned). * Report deviations and propose corrective actions. * Suggest improvements in training management, methodologies, and workflow. Job Profile Academic Qualifications * Completed technical or university degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in Human Resources or certification-related areas. * Experience in monitoring training programs, document management, report preparation, and indicator analysis. Knowledge * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). * Knowledge of Power BI. (Mandatory) * Knowledge of training plan management and certification regulations.
