At **LAFARPE**, we are looking for top talent to fill the position of **Maintenance Operator**. We seek a responsible, proactive individual with a strong sense of order to care for and maintain our facilities in optimal condition. **Job Profile:** * **Experience:** Minimum of 6 months to 1 year performing general maintenance tasks (minor repairs, basic electricity, etc.). * **Operational Skills:** Ability to execute tasks immediately ("get things done"), problem-solving capability, and self-motivated initiative (proactive). * **Essential Values:** Strict punctuality, excellent educational background, respect, and service orientation. * **Hygiene and Order:** Extremely clean and orderly individual in their workspace and in handling tools/facilities. **Main Responsibilities:** * Perform minor preventive and corrective maintenance tasks across facilities (controlled and non-controlled areas). * Promptly address repair or support requests from various departments. * Maintain order, cleanliness, and inventory of assigned tools and materials. * Report any major anomalies or damage detected in company infrastructure. **Employment Conditions and Schedules:** * **Work Schedule:** Rotating shifts (availability for both shifts is mandatory). * **Rotating Shifts:** 6:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. and/or 9:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. (coordinated with the Maintenance Supervisor) * **Work Location:** Company facilities (Ica). **Benefits:** * **Payroll enrollment from the first day of work**, including all benefits under the General Labor Regime. * **Mandatory Life Insurance** activated from day one of employment. * **Social Health Insurance (EsSalud)** for peace of mind and health coverage for you and your family (spouse and children). * Timely payments and an excellent working environment within a solid company. * All statutory benefits as per REMYPE (bonuses, CTS, paid vacations, and Family Allowance, if applicable).
