Job Summary: We are seeking an Operations Manager to lead a team, manage daily operations, client relationships, and process optimization within the services sector. Key Highlights: 1. Lead a team of 300 people and manage relationships with industrial clients 2. Coordinate and supervise daily operations, ensuring quality standards 3. Implement continuous improvement plans to optimize processes and reduce costs **OPERATIONS MANAGER** **REQUIREMENTS:** •Professional degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. •Minimum 3–5 years of experience in similar positions (operations coordination or management). •Proficiency in operational planning and control tools. •Experience in the Cleaning and Maintenance services sector. •Experience in personnel supervision and management. (Mandatory) •Knowledge of ERP systems (preferred) •Intermediate–advanced Excel skills. •Experience managing operational staff. •Process analysis and continuous improvement skills. •Knowledge of ISO standards •KPI indicator management * Willingness to work on-site in La Perla * Working hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 am – 5:30 pm; Saturdays, 8:00 am–1:00 pm **RESPONSIBILITIES:** ·Lead a team of 300 people. ·Manage relationships with industrial clients. ·Coordinate and supervise daily operations, ensuring compliance with procedures, quality standards, and established deadlines. ·Assign tasks, manage operational staff, and evaluate their performance. ·Implement continuous improvement plans to optimize processes, reduce costs, and maximize resources. ·Monitor management indicators (KPIs) and propose corrective actions when necessary. ·Coordinate with logistics, sales, maintenance, finance, and other departments to ensure proper execution of operations. ·Manage suppliers and contractors related to operations. ·Ensure compliance with safety, occupational health, and environmental regulations. ·Prepare management and results reports for senior management. **BENEFITS:** •Competitive market-based salary. •Formal payroll under the general regime.
