**RESPONSIBILITIES:** Handle the training process by assisting different departments at the Pisco Plant to identify training needs. Implement and coordinate compliance with the Pisco Plant Annual Training Plan to achieve training objectives. Manage supplier relationships to develop long-term strategic partnerships. Provide support in organizing and executing training events to contribute to strengthening employee competencies and professional development. Assist in the document review and induction processes for CAASA and subsidiary employees to recruit competent personnel. Ensure accurate recording of training activities and timely updates to databases and indicators to maintain up-to-date information. **REQUIREMENTS:** Completed university degree in Administration, Psychology, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. 1 to 2 years of experience in training roles within the industrial, consumer goods, mining, or related sectors. Intermediate level in Microsoft Office. Intermediate English proficiency.
