




Position Summary: Lead the strategic and operational planning of mining projects, managing schedules, budgets, risks, and ensuring efficiency and regulatory compliance. Key Highlights: 1. Promotion of safety, health, and environmental protection across all activities. **Responsibilities:** · Lead the strategic and operational planning of the mining project from its engineering phase through commissioning and closure. · Define and control the project master schedule, ensuring milestone and deliverable adherence. · Manage the project’s overall budget, monitoring costs, variances, and optimization opportunities. · Coordinate engineering, construction, operations, logistics, procurement, and related services activities. · Supervise contractor, consultant, and supplier performance, verifying contractual and technical compliance. · Implement project management methodologies and control mechanisms to ensure operational efficiency. · Manage project risks by establishing preventive and corrective measures to minimize impacts. · Ensure compliance with applicable legal regulations, mining laws, environmental standards, and safety requirements. · Promote a culture of safety, occupational health, and environmental protection across all project activities. · Lead progress review meetings, status updates, and strategic decision-making sessions. · Prepare and present executive reports on project status to Senior Management. · Manage scope, budget, and schedule changes, ensuring proper evaluation and approval. · Ensure work quality through implementation of technical controls and standards. · Maintain appropriate relationships with authorities, clients, contractors, and other project stakeholders. · Guarantee availability and proper utilization of assigned human, material, and financial resources. **Requirements:** · Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering and active professional registration. · Minimum 10 years’ experience in mining operations and in roles similar to this vacancy. · Experience in mining loading and transportation services. · Proficiency in SAP/ERP. · Intermediate-level Power BI. · Intermediate English proficiency. · Willingness to work in Marcona, Ica under an atypical work regime. **Benefits:** · Full payroll benefits: meals, transportation, and camp housing. · Statutory benefits as required by law.
