Opportunity for professional development At **LAFARPE**, a pharmaceutical laboratory with several years of market presence, we are currently looking for a **Stability Manager** to join our team. **Requirements:** * Degree in **Chemistry, Pharmacy, or related fields**. * Minimum **2 years of experience in Quality Control** within the pharmaceutical industry. * Knowledge of current regulatory requirements for drug stability testing. * Develop long-term stability, accelerated stability, and ongoing stability protocols. * Review readings and monitoring performed in stability chambers. * Immediately report any issues or anomalies detected during supervision to the immediate supervisor, enabling necessary investigative actions based on findings, ensuring no impact on the quality and integrity of our analytical results. * Coordinate required activities, both internal and external, to fulfill the daily physicochemical analysis schedule. * Immediately inform the section head upon detection of out-of-specification results, for evaluation per procedure. * Proven proficiency in operating **HPLC and GC equipment** (mandatory). * Solid knowledge of **Good Laboratory Practice (GLP)** regulations and regulatory compliance. * Ability to perform physicochemical analyses, interpret results, and prepare technical reports. **Personal Competencies:** * Responsibility and organizational skills. * Teamwork and results orientation. * Commitment to quality and continuous improvement. **We Offer:** * Employment with an established company in the pharmaceutical sector. * Positive work environment. * Opportunity for professional development.
