REQUIREMENTS: Graduates in Industrial Engineering, Agroindustrial Engineering, or Food Engineering. Minimum 2 years of experience as a Production Supervisor in agro-industrial companies specializing in fruits and/or vegetables. Intermediate-to-advanced Excel proficiency (mandatory). Respectful leadership. FUNCTIONS: Supervise the production flow across all stages. Schedule daily production line tasks. Ensure the production pace of the processing line (personnel and equipment).
