Supervise loading and ensure security procedures Our client, a prominent local company operating in the Ica market and specializing in mass consumption, is searching for top talent to fill the position of Dispatch Controller. REQUIREMENTS: Technical or university degree in Logistics, Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. Minimum 1 year of experience in dispatch, warehouse, or logistics. Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. Intermediate-level SAP proficiency. Availability to work fixed afternoon shifts. Residence in Ica or nearby areas. WORK SCHEDULE: Night shifts with Sunday off: Night shift: 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm FUNCTIONS: Verify and control the correct dispatch of goods according to delivery guides and dispatch orders. Validate quantities, codes, batches, and product conditions prior to loading. Coordinate dispatch scheduling with warehouse, transportation, and operations. Record receipts and dispatches in systems (Excel / SAP / ERP). Monitor dispatch timing and route compliance. Supervise vehicle loading and ensure adherence to security procedures.
