Job Summary: A professional responsible for organizing, controlling, and updating project documentation, providing technical support to the construction team, and managing costs and budgets. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive management of project documentation and drawings. 2. Cost control, budgeting, and evaluation of proposals. 3. Technical support to the construction team and resolution of queries. Organize, control, and update drawings, technical specifications, calculation reports, Written Work Procedures (WWPs), and general project documentation. Perform quantity take-offs, prepare valuations, control costs and budgets, and evaluate supplier proposals. Assess the technical and economic impact of requested modifications and manage their proper implementation. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress, production, and performance reports. Provide technical support to the construction team, resolve queries, and ensure correct interpretation of information.
