




We are looking for a proactive and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team at a company dedicated to the processing, purchase, and sale of hydrobiological products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing support in key administrative tasks essential to the smooth operation of the company, ensuring operational efficiency and compliance with internal procedures. **Responsibilities:** * Manage the management's schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments. * Assist in the preparation of reports and administrative documents. * Carry out control and filing of documentation related to purchases, sales, and operational processes. * Maintain communication with suppliers and customers to ensure proper product delivery and resolution of inquiries. * Assist in inventory management and order tracking. * Coordinate and manage the company’s filing and record-keeping system. * Support the organization of internal company activities and events. * Perform other administrative duties as required. **Requirements:** * Technical or university degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields. * Minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative role (preferably in companies related to the food or hydrobiological sector). * Proficiency in office software tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). * Strong organizational skills and ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks. * Good oral and written communication skills. * Proactive attitude, responsibility, and ability to work in a team.
