**TECHNICAL DEVELOPER – SOUTH ZONE \- ICA** We are Chemical Processes Industries SAC, a Peruvian company with 20 years of experience in the agro\-industrial sector and a leader in the marketing of agricultural inputs that contribute to crop production nationwide; we are currently seeking to add to our team of talents a: **TECHNICAL DEVELOPER FOR THE SOUTH ZONE \- ICA** **REQUIREMENTS** © Bachelor's degree or professional title in Agronomic Engineering, Agrochemicals, Agroindustrial, Biology, or related fields. © Knowledge and experience in crop management. © Knowledge of the sector, fieldwork experience, collecting information and conducting field trials in agroindustry. © Minimum of 01 year of experience in the agrochemical and plant nutrition sector. © Intermediate level in Microsoft Office. © Valid driver's license category AI. © Availability to work in the Northern region of Peru (ICA) **RESPONSIBILITIES** Develop and present the Strategic Operational Plan for Trials. Enter all information into the CRM system (inputting valuable data). Update customer data. Product presentation and evaluation. Prepare highly professional and commercial technical trial presentations. Represent the company commercially and technically in various areas and regions of Peru. Conduct demonstration trials and submit reports. Direct promotion and sales of products. Open new distributor accounts and conduct visits to provincial distributors. Schedule virtual meetings with agroindustries, consultants, or interest groups. Organize in\-person meetings with agroindustries, consultants, or interest groups.
