**We are looking for an ADMINISTRATOR \-MARCONA** **Workplace:** Marcona – Ica **Schedule:** Monday to Friday (48 weekly hours) **Modality:** On-site – MYPE payroll **About the position** We are seeking a professional responsible for managing the consolidated accounting and finances of a business group operating in **hospitality, pharmacy, and real estate**, ensuring control over income, expenses, budgets, and monthly financial reports. **Main responsibilities** * Consolidate daily income and expenses from each business (unified cash flow). * Prepare monthly financial reports: results, operating flow, and simple balance sheet. * Monitor budgets, costs, and expenses per business unit. * Supervise payments, payrolls, and tax obligations. * Coordinate with external accountant on tax filings and financial statements. * Evaluate investments and project profitability. **Applicant Profile** * Bachelor's degree or graduate in Accounting, Business Administration, or Economics. * Minimum of **3 years** of experience in financial or administrative management (preferably in hospitality or retail). * Intermediate proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, projections). * Basic knowledge of **SUNAT, VAT, withholdings, and payroll**. * Analytical skills, professional ethics, and organizational ability. **We Offer** Employment contract under **MYPE payroll** with statutory benefits.
