Requirements: Academic Level: University graduate. Academic Degree: Bachelor's degree holder. Profession: Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields. Experience in the position: 3 years. Experience using tools: SAP B1. Office: Intermediate to advanced level. Knowledge: Knowledge of good project management practices according to PMI. Availability to work in Marcona from Monday to Saturday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Must have received COVID-19 vaccination. Responsibilities: Provide support for project control by preparing reports on the status of deliverable documents. Ensure the sending, receiving, and management of all types of documents for archiving with cooperating entities (including contractors, engineering firms, supervision firms, soil investigation firms, and other service providers), effectively verify document timeliness, and be responsible for communication with other company departments regarding document receipt, dispatch, and archiving management. Develop a document status table, promptly notify professional engineers and relevant personnel about document status, and distribute accepted documents to relevant personnel according to document specialty, type, and department; classify, organize, and archive documents. Prepare reports categorized by discipline, type, area, and revision. Classify information and ensure its availability. Receive documents, distribute them according to each staff member’s responsibilities, and follow up accordingly. Classify, sort, and assign documents for archiving by the records administrator.
