* Graduate or Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering * Knowledge of KPIs in mining activities. * Intermediate Power BI skills * Intermediate level English language proficiency * Advanced Excel and Word skills * Daily monitoring and recording of development, preparation and exploration progress (advance efficiencies) * Daily production tracking and recording (tons/foot drilled) * Tracking and recording equipment working hours by activity * Reporting travel and scoop run hours * Monitoring and recording drill patterns and rod usage control * Standardization of fuel consumption (ratios; gallons/ton) * Monitoring, recording and controlling explosives and accessories for development and production. * Preparation of daily, weekly and/or monthly reports as required. * Coordinate with peers and supervisor daily tasks or work to optimize activities. * Availability to perform internships under a 14x7 schedule. * Availability to perform internships at a location situated at 4,200 meters above sea level Job type: Full-time, Internship Contract duration: 3 months Salary: S/.1,200.00 - S/.1,500.00 per month Workplace: On-site
