Grupo Alkofarma, a pharmaceutical laboratory, is looking for talents to join its team as a PRODUCTION OPERATOR. **REQUIREMENTS:** \- 6 months of experience as a production operator in the pharmaceutical laboratory sector (MANDATORY) \- Experience in packaging, solid dosage forms, and ovens. \- Reside in areas adjacent to the district of San Martin de Porres (near San German Avenue and Universitaria Avenue). **RESPONSIBILITIES:** \- Prepare the production line for production activities according to instructions received from supervisors or plant assistants. \- Carry out production activities: supplying containers and raw materials, packaging, packing, and material handling. \- Participate in basic maintenance and cleaning tasks in the assigned area as required. \- Continuously ensure that the produced goods comply with quality specifications, including product status and correct coding. **WE OFFER:** \- Remuneration: S/1200 \- Formal employment registration from the first day of work, including general payroll benefits (30 days of vacation, bonuses, profit-sharing, EsSalud, life insurance per law, PPE, and family allowance for minors, if applicable) \- Biweekly and monthly payments. \- Training and induction to perform assigned tasks. \- Pleasant work environment. \- Job stability.
