Job Summary: We are seeking a Multifunctional Technical Operator to inspect and maintain office environments, electrical installations, water piping systems, paintwork, and furniture. Key Responsibilities: 1. Maintain the operational functionality of electrical and water installations 2. Perform maintenance on furniture, faucets, toilets, and urinals EMPLOYER BRAND IS SEEKING A MULTIFUNCTIONAL TECHNICAL OPERATOR. REQUIREMENTS: \- Technical degree in Industrial Electricity, Electronics, or Electromechanical Maintenance. \- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience DUTIES: \- Ensure that office spaces, common areas, and courtyards are consistently maintained in optimal condition. \- Resolve issues and maintain the operational functionality of electrical installations, water piping systems, paintwork, etc. \- Repair damaged furniture or replace missing components, including assembly and disassembly of furniture as required. \- Maintain and install faucets, toilets, and urinals.
