FUNCTIONS: \-Ensure that office environments, common areas, and courtyards are always in optimal condition. \-Solve issues and maintain the operational status of electrical installations, water pipes, painting, etc. \-Repair damaged furniture or replace missing parts, including assembling and disassembling furniture as required. \-Maintain and install faucets, toilets, and urinals.
