Job Summary: We are seeking a Warehouse Associate to control orders, manage procurement, verify goods, and maintain updated inventory, ensuring proper storage and distribution. Key Responsibilities: 1. Order control and local procurement management. 2. Inventory handling and system updates. 3. Ensuring proper storage and distribution of goods. We are looking for (01\) WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE FOR DM NAZCA * Control purchase orders from various hotel departments and request approval from the Administrator to ensure timely expense control. * Manage local purchase orders, request approvals, and submit them to respective suppliers to guarantee acquisition within established deadlines. * Execute local hotel purchases when applicable. * Control and verify incoming goods to the warehouse against agreed quantities and prices for registration. * Update incoming and outgoing goods information in the system to maintain accurate inventory levels. * Ensure proper storage of goods, considering optimal preservation conditions such as size, shape, expiration date, and odor to guarantee their integrity. * Monitor, organize, and distribute goods according to requests from respective departments for timely service. * Conduct and document the monthly inventory of existing goods jointly with the Hotel Administration department. * Perform other duties and responsibilities within their scope as stipulated by current regulatory provisions and/or assigned by their immediate supervisor. REQUIREMENTS: * Technical diploma and/or university student in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields. (FLEXIBLE) * Office – Intermediate level in word processing, presentations, spreadsheets, Hotel Management Systems, and Warehouse Management Systems. * Warehouse Management, Procurement Processes, Inventory Control. * English – Basic or Intermediate level. * Minimum: 1 year of experience in similar positions (FLEXIBLE).
