We are currently seeking a **Documentary Inspector for Loss Prevention**, responsible for managing, controlling, and validating Physical Security documentation, ensuring its proper use, validity, traceability, and archiving on the Agro\+ platform, thereby supporting compliance with internal procedures and continuous improvement of document control within the department.

**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:**
* Administer and control Physical Security documentary forms registered on the Agro\+ platform.
* Validate the use, validity, and correct application of security forms.
* Identify active, obsolete, or unused forms within the system.
* Conduct document control for inspections in administrative and operational areas, record incoming and outgoing raw materials, and manage supplier documentation.
* Verify that forms are correctly completed, complete, and properly archived.
* Maintain up-to-date and organized physical and digital departmental documentation.
* Consolidate documentary information and prepare reports for management.
* Coordinate with relevant departments regarding updating, regularizing, or correcting forms.
* Verify compliance with documentary procedures established by the Physical Security department.
* Ensure confidentiality, integrity, and proper handling of recorded information.
**REQUIREMENTS:**
* Completed technical or university education in Physical Security, Surveillance, Safety and Risk Prevention, Administration, or related fields.
* Minimum 1 year of experience in roles such as security agent, security inspector, or related administrative functions.
* Experience in document management and control.
* Handling and validation of administrative forms.
* Experience in physical and digital information archiving.
* Preparation of documentary reports.
* Coordination across multiple departments.
* Proficiency in digital management platforms (Agro\+ or similar).
* Knowledge of document control applied to Physical Security.
* Basic to intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
* Knowledge of traceability, internal procedures, and security regulations.
* Strong sense of confidentiality and ethical handling of information.
