Job Summary:
An OSH professional responsible for implementing, monitoring, and controlling safety and health programs, including risk management and training.

**Responsibilities**
* Monitor the OSH Plan and Program.
* Maintain the Legal Requirements Matrix up to date.
* Conduct hazard identification, risk assessment, and control determination (HIRAC).
* Develop risk maps, implement emergency and evacuation plans, and draft OSH Management procedures.
* Conduct periodic safety inspections at field sites and offices, documenting findings and improvement proposals.
* Draft, update, and manage OSH Management System documentation (policies, records, etc.).
* Coordinate and deliver training sessions, inductions, and safety talks to personnel.
* Verify compliance with OSH legal regulations (e.g., Law No. 29783 and its regulations, sector-specific norms, etc.).
* Support internal and external OSH-related audits. Keep OSH indicators updated.
* Implement and manage OSH requirements for contractors.
* Manage and procure personal protective equipment (PPE).
* Provide first aid in case of incidents and accidents.
**Requirements**
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, any specialty.
* Approximately two years of experience in related positions within the agro-industrial sector.
* Additional studies in Occupational Safety and Health.
* Availability to work in Pisco.
