Position Summary: We are seeking a Construction Quality Assistant for a Metal Carpentry project, responsible for documentation, protocol management, and tracking of specifications. Key Highlights: 1. Support in document management for valuations and project closeout CONSTRUCTION QUALITY ASSISTANT REQUIRED Metal Carpentry and Stainless Steel Project – ICA Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture. * Minimum 3 years of experience in construction projects, metal structures, or related fields. * Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Project (intermediate or advanced level). * Knowledge and experience in preparing and controlling quality dossiers, protocols, records, and technical documentation. * Strong organizational skills, ability to track activities, and teamwork capability. * Current residence in ICA (mandatory). Responsibilities: * Prepare and update project quality documentation. * Manage protocols, inspection records, certificates, and quality dossiers. * Monitor compliance with technical specifications and construction procedures. * Coordinate with production, logistics, and supervision departments for collection of technical information. * Prepare and update project execution schedules and progress tracking. * Support document management for valuations and project closeout. * Coordinate logistical requirements, procurement, and supply related to project execution.
