Job Summary: We are seeking a Licensed Resident Engineer to lead and supervise the execution of civil works for a packaging plant construction project. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead the execution of civil works, ensuring quality and deadlines. 2. Supervise all disciplines involved in the construction of the packaging plant. 3.
