A key position for logistics control and decision-making. **Logistics Inventory Assistant** **A. Job Objective** The Logistics Inventory Assistant’s primary responsibility is to execute the company’s **Master Inventory**, performing physical counting, verification, classification, and updating product information in the ERP system, thereby contributing to the logistics restructuring project. Their mission is to ensure that system-recorded information accurately reflects the warehouse’s physical stock, enabling sound decision-making, reduction of inventory discrepancies, and strengthening of the company’s annual logistics control. This position is part of a continuous improvement project; therefore, an organized, disciplined, procedure-compliant, and goal-oriented individual—committed to meeting deadlines through December—is required. **B. Key Responsibilities** The employee will primarily carry out the following activities: **Master Inventory** * Execute physical counts of assigned products. * Compare physical stock with information recorded in the ERP system. * Verify codes, specifications, dimensions, packaging formats, and units for each product. * Record discrepancies identified during the inventory process. * Identify duplicate products, incorrectly coded items, or products with incomplete information. * Maintain up-to-date progress tracking of the Master Inventory aligned with established targets. * Promptly report any inconsistencies detected during counting. **System Updates** * Accurately record information obtained during the inventory. * Update product data when authorized by the Supervisor and after thorough review against the corresponding technical specification sheet. * Validate that recorded information matches the physical product. **Inventory Organization** * Classify products according to the company’s established methodology (ABC, XYZ, FIFO, FEFO, YY, JIT). * Maintain order in the area where inventory activities are conducted. * Respect the designated location of each product. * Apply standardized labels or signage as appropriate. **Target Achievement** * Meet the daily target for assigned products. * Maintain accuracy and quality in information recording. * Report daily progress to the Logistics Supervisor. **C. Supporting Responsibilities (Occasional)** When operational needs require and upon instruction from the Logistics Supervisor, the employee may provide temporary support in activities such as: * Goods receiving. * Product organization and placement. * Order preparation for dispatch. * Warehouse signage and organization. * Support in warehouse-related activities. These activities are supplementary and do not replace the role’s core responsibility—the execution of the Master Inventory. **D.
