Position Summary: Supervises and verifies certification processes, manages documentation, and supports the Regional Management in quality and sustainability activities. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in quality management and food safety protocols. 2. Active participation in internal and external audits. 3. Logistical support and direct assistance to management. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** Supervise internal processes related to record control in the Certification Area. Verify that area documents are properly stamped and signed. Maintain up-to-date physical and digital files, ensuring correct organization and custody. Conduct quarterly inventory of the Certification Area and maintain corresponding records. Participate in internal and external audits. Conduct audits of procedures, instructions, records, and other documents included in the Integrated Management System. Provide logistical support for the execution of area activities. Provide direct support to the Regional Management of Certifications and Sustainability. Carry out other tasks assigned by management related to the nature of the position. **REQUIREMENTS:** Completed technical or university education. Training courses in Quality Management and food safety protocols such as Global G.A.P., BPA, or similar. Less than two years of experience in similar positions. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and Word. Intermediate level of empathy, assertiveness, teamwork, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Intermediate ability to lead, execute, supervise, control, integrate, and manage processes and activities. Analytical ability, reasoning, evaluation, creativity, and ability to draw conclusions. Intermediate level of concentration, attention, and emotional control required to perform duties. Intermediate level of physical and visual demand. High degree of responsibility regarding information security. Low degree of responsibility regarding assets, indicators, and occupational risks.
