




Position Summary: We are seeking an Accounting graduate with operational experience to perform recording, reconciliations, account analysis, and support in the preparation of financial statements. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in bank reconciliations and account analysis 2. Recording of purchases, sales, expenses, and journal entries 3. Support in the preparation of financial statements and notes **Requirements:** * Graduate in Accounting. * Minimum 1 year of experience in operational accounting tasks. * Experience in bank reconciliations * ERP knowledge * Account analysis knowledge * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency (mandatory). * Experience with accounting ERP software; preferred. **Responsibilities:** * Recording of purchases, sales, and expenses * Control and filing of payment vouchers * Recording of journal entries related to the accounting process. * Filing and control of accounting documents in systems and physically. * Validation of purchase and sales invoices * Review and reconciliation of accounts and bank movements for the withholding account * Account analysis. * Identification of opportunities to improve accounting processes. * Maintenance of updated various tables and parameters within the accounting software * Support in the preparation of financial statements and notes. * Preparation of specific reports assigned by the supervisor. **Benefits:** Inclusion in MYPE payroll Apply if you meet the profile and wish to join our team.
