We are looking for a **Mechanical Professional Intern** **On-site Mode \- Ica** Responsibilities: * Assist in the manufacturing and assembly of structures, bases, supports, doors, or mechanical components according to drawings, measurements, and production instructions. * Assist in assembling mechanical components onto condensing units and industrial refrigeration equipment under the supervision of the area supervisor. * Perform basic tasks including cutting, drilling, grinding, fitting, mechanical assembly, and welding support, while adhering to dimensional specifications, finish requirements, and safety criteria. * Verify, with supervision, that received parts, materials, and components match the assigned production order or drawing. * Assist in finishing, technical cleaning, painting, or final presentation of assigned equipment, doors, or components. * Assist in the physical inspection of equipment prior to dispatch, verifying assembly, fastenings, cleanliness, adjustments, and final presentation. * Report dimensional deviations, defective materials, or assembly failures; maintain an orderly workspace, comply with PPE/5S standards, record progress, and perform other tasks assigned by the direct supervisor. Requirements: * Student in final semesters (9th or 10th) and/or technical or university graduate in Production Mechanics, Industrial Mechanics, Industrial Maintenance, Welding, Metallurgical-Mechanical Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 3 to 6 months of experience in pre-professional internships, professional internships, or initial work experience in production, manufacturing, assembly, metallurgical-mechanical work, mechanical maintenance, welding, industrial refrigeration, or similar activities. * Basic courses in welding, blueprint reading, industrial safety, 5S, tool handling, or metallurgical-mechanical processes. (Desirable) * Basic knowledge of mechanical assembly and installation of industrial equipment or components. * Introductory knowledge of welding, cutting, grinding, drilling, and tool usage. * Basic ability to read mechanical blueprints, measure, and control dimensions. * Support in finishing, technical cleaning, and presentation of equipment. * Microsoft Office \- Basic. * Excel \- Basic.
