The candidate will be responsible for operational tasks and coordination with suppliers and drivers, ensuring the efficient flow of materials and documentation. Main Responsibilities * Coordinate receipt and dispatch of goods with suppliers and drivers. * Support inventory management and control of incoming and outgoing items. * Perform operational tasks specific to the logistics area. * Prepare and maintain records and reports in Excel. * Support communication with internal departments to ensure process compliance. Requirements * **Graduate or final-year student** in Business Administration, International Business Administration, or related fields. * **Minimum 1 year of experience** in similar roles. * **Intermediate-level Excel proficiency.** * Availability to work at El Carmen Farm, Chincha. * **Immediate availability.** Valued Competencies * Organization and attention to detail. * Ability to work under pressure. * Strong communication and teamwork skills. * Proactivity and results orientation.
