Ability to lead teams and coordinate across various departments At Inversa, we are looking for an Accountant with solid industrial sector experience to ensure the financial and accounting efficiency of our operations. **Profile** A certified Accounting professional with proven experience in financial, accounting, and tax management. You must have mastery of key administrative and operational processes to support strategic decision-making. **Essential Competencies and Knowledge** Solid experience in general accounting, monthly closings, review of bank reconciliations, and preparation of Financial Statements. Comprehensive handling of Costs, Kardex, shrinkage, inventories, and input control. Knowledge of operational processes in procurement, warehouse, and production. Cash flow management and supervision, deductions, withholdings, and collections. Monthly tax filings with SUNAT. Proficiency in accounting systems (Contasis, Siscont, Concar or others) and intermediate/advanced Excel skills. Ability to lead teams and coordinate with Operations, Procurement, and HR departments. **Key Responsibilities** - Prepare, analyze, and present monthly and annual Financial Statements. - Ensure strict compliance with tax, labor, and corporate obligations. - Control and value inventories, shrinkage, and their variations. - Supervise the recording of purchases, sales, expenses, and banking transactions. - Propose and implement improvements in accounting, administrative, and internal control processes. **Personal Skills** - High sense of responsibility and professional ethics. - Analytical ability and strong results orientation. - Leadership, effective communication, and teamwork skills. - Adaptability to dynamic, fast-paced environments typical of the gastronomy industry. **Working Hours** * Monday to Friday: 8:00–5:40 pm * Saturdays: 8:00–12:40 pm **Benefits** * Monthly salary: S/ 2500–S/3000 * Biweekly payments * Formal payroll registration Employment type: Full-time Salary: S/.2,500.00 – S/.3,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
