You will be a key player in ensuring the efficient operation of our daily activities. **Responsibilities**: * Participate in the planning and development of the integrated management system. * Collaborate in the formulation of policies, procedures, and documents for the system. * Assist in disseminating and communicating the system across the entire organization. * Collaborate with department or area heads to ensure proper implementation of the integrated management system. * Monitor system-related activities and maintain up-to-date records. * Identify and communicate deadlines and progress updates regarding system implementation. * Develop training materials on the integrated management system. * Organize and facilitate training sessions for organizational staff. * Promote employee awareness and commitment to the integrated management system. * Participate in internal audits to evaluate system performance. * Identify areas for improvement and propose corrective and preventive actions. * Contribute to implementing improvements and changes within the system. * Maintain up-to-date documents and records of the integrated management system. * Ensure proper organization and classification of documentation related to the system. * Collaborate in identifying and managing applicable legal and regulatory requirements. * Identify new risks and opportunities arising from changes implemented in the IMS. * Support certification processes through document management and coordination with the certifying body. * Other duties assigned by your immediate supervisor. **Requirements**: * Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. * Certification programs in IMS (Integrated Management System) and Process Management. * Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office tools. * Knowledge of Bizagi/Visio. * Familiarity with management indicators. * Knowledge of internal and external auditing. **Experience** Minimum 1 year of experience in this field or performing similar functions. **Skills** Organization, communication, teamwork, proactivity, results orientation, and accountability.
