Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and responsible Architect to join our team, providing support in drafting, reviewing, and updating architectural drawings and technical documentation for architectural projects. Cima Prince Real Estate Group is looking for an Architect to join the team for our new project "Real Club House". Requirements: * Graduate in Architecture * Proficiency in AutoCAD * Proficiency in image editing software such as Photoshop or CorelDRAW (optional) * Basic knowledge of architectural drawings and takeoffs * Proactivity, responsibility, and eagerness to learn * Ability to work collaboratively in a team * **Willingness to travel to the city of Pisco.** Responsibilities: * Support in drafting and reviewing architectural drawings * Management of images and 3D walkthroughs for façades, social areas, and interior spaces (in accordance with the project’s branding guidelines) * Direct support in preparing technical documentation * Reviewing, correcting, and updating specialty drawings * Assistance in architectural projects * Coordination with the technical department * Other duties related to the position Benefits: * Fixed monthly salary of S/ 1,500 * Positive work environment * Opportunity for professional learning and growth Working Hours: Mon-Fri 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM / Saturday 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,300.00 - S/.1,500.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
