Be part of a team passionate about excellence and growth. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Perform corrective maintenance on minor electrical and sanitary installations, locksmithing, minor carpentry, or basic painting. * Carry out repairs and maintenance of potable water systems, drainage systems, and general plumbing. * Repair and install locks, doors, windows, and other security mechanisms. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical installations, including cable replacement, switches, outlets, etc. * Conduct interior and exterior painting work at the plant and offices. * Support various activities within the maintenance department and other tasks assigned by your immediate supervisor. * Schedule and monitor work orders (preventive and corrective). * Coordinate technical staff to execute assigned tasks. * Assist in organizing maintenance schedules. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed or incomplete studies in electricity, welding, or related fields. * Availability to work in S.J.L.
