Supervise work teams and personnel performance. **PAINTING SUPERVISOR** At **SC Ingeniería y Construcción SAC**, a company operating in the metallurgical-mechanical, electro-mechanical, construction, and mining sectors, we are seeking a Painting Supervisor with experience in directing and controlling industrial coating works on steel structures, ensuring compliance with technical standards, quality, and safety. **Responsibilities:** * Supervise surface preparation (sandblasting, cleaning, anchor profile). * Control application of epoxy, polyurethane, anticorrosive, and multilayer coating systems. * Verify wet and dry film thicknesses according to technical specifications. * Coordinate with quality control for inspections and releases. * Supervise work teams and personnel performance. * Comply with and enforce industrial safety regulations. * Prepare technical reports and progress reports. **Requirements:** * Technical or university degree in industrial technical fields, chemical engineering, or related disciplines. * Minimum 3 years’ experience supervising painting works. * Knowledge of SSPC, NACE, or international coating standards (preferred). * Experience working at heights (preferred). * Basic Excel skills for reporting. * Availability to work in Huachipa. **Offered:** * Formal employment with all statutory benefits. * Job stability and growth opportunities. * Positive work environment.
