Position Summary: You will provide support in various administrative tasks and monitoring activities within the department, including construction monitoring, valuation assessments, and report generation. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive support in project and construction management. 2. Collaboration in consolidation of valuation reports. 3. Participation in preparation of departmental reports. Provide support for tasks carried out within the department. Support monitoring of construction Gantt charts, as well as support in generating requirements within the system. Support valuation-related aspects of construction projects, assisting in consolidating evidence of completed work, jointly with your immediate supervisor. Support preparation of reports on processes handled by the department, jointly with the department’s assistant and coordinator. Maintain constant communication and promptly inform your coordinator about any incidents or occurrences. Perform other duties assigned by your immediate supervisor. Requirements Education * Graduates of the Civil Engineering program. **Required Knowledge:** * Basic knowledge of infrastructure construction and maintenance. * Basic ability to read and interpret construction drawings. * Elementary knowledge of quantity surveying and progress control. * Basic proficiency in office software (Word, Excel). **Desirable Knowledge:** * Basic proficiency in AutoCAD or similar software. * Fundamental understanding of occupational safety and health. * Introductory knowledge of construction or maintenance management.
