DESCRIPTION A leading company in the agro-export sector is seeking a Maintenance Manager with the following responsibilities: * Plan and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance of packaging lines, graders, refrigeration systems, conveyor belts, motors, pumps, and agricultural machinery. * Ensure continuous operation of packing and field equipment, minimizing unplanned downtime and optimizing resources. * Supervise technical staff (mechanics, electricians, welders, assistants), assigning tasks and monitoring compliance with scheduled work. * Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and electronic failures, ensuring repair quality and safety. * Manage spare parts, tools, lubricants, and materials inventory, overseeing timely replenishment. * Develop and control the maintenance department budget, managing purchases and external technical services. * Ensure compliance with industrial safety, food safety, and environmental standards (GMP, HACCP, GlobalG.A.P.). * Coordinate with production and operations departments to schedule maintenance activities without interfering with packing or harvest operations. REQUIREMENTS * Graduate professional in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering or related fields. * Master's degree or specialization in Maintenance Management. * At least 4 years of experience in similar positions within the sector or related industries. * Knowledge in Maintenance Process Management. * Intermediate-level proficiency in Excel. * Experience using SAP. * Availability to work in Ica.
