POSITION OBJECTIVE: Support the execution and control of preventive and corrective maintenance activities for infrastructure, furniture, electrical and plumbing installations, air conditioning equipment, and other support systems of the University, ensuring the proper functioning of academic, administrative, and service areas. Support the implementation of the University's Annual Maintenance Plan.
