Job Summary: We are seeking a freelance cleaning operator to maintain two clothing stores in immaculate condition before opening, ensuring an optimal commercial environment. Key Highlights: 1. Autonomous and essential work before opening Retail Cleaning and Organization Operator (Freelance Pre\-Opening) Job Summary: Provision of independent daily services including cleaning, disinfection, and aesthetic maintenance for **two clothing stores**, located 50 meters apart (store sizes: 100 m² and 65 m²). Services are performed exclusively before commercial opening to ensure both locations are spotless when welcoming customers. Payment is on a fixed monthly basis. Main Responsibilities (Morning Shift) * **Display window and glass cleaning**: Deep cleaning of facade glass, fitting room mirrors, and display cases to remove fingerprints and dust. * **Floor aesthetic maintenance**: Complete sweeping and mopping of sales floors before doors open. * **Commercial visual organization**: Dusting shelves and assisting with basic alignment of garment racks, clothing islands, and checkout counters. * **Support area sanitization**: Cleaning and disinfection of staff restrooms and surface-level warehouse organization. * **Waste removal**: Collection of accumulated garbage from the previous day and removal of merchandise boxes or packaging. Freelance Service Conditions * **Working hours**: Fixed morning shift from **5:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m.** (ending precisely at opening time). * **Frequency**: Daily, once per day, Monday through Sunday (or according to actual business opening days). * **Estimated duration**: **4 hours daily total** (distributed across both stores, including 50-meter walking transfer between them). * **Contract type**: Service provision agreement (independent contractor). * **Compensation**: Fixed fee paid **monthly**, upon submission of an electronically issued service receipt. Requirements and Competencies * **Strict punctuality**: Critical to avoid delaying store opening at 9:30 a.m. * **Experience**: Preferred in the *retail*, fashion boutique, or general commercial sectors. * **Self-management**: Ability to work quickly and efficiently, meeting standards without direct supervision.
