In this opportunity, we are seeking a Commercial Leader for the city of Ica. Requirements: * Minimum 2 years of experience leading teams in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector. * Completed technical or university studies in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Marketing, or a related field. * Training in sales management and customer service quality. * Immediate and full-time availability. * Intermediate-level computer skills (Microsoft applications: word processing, spreadsheets, PowerPoint presentations). * Personal vehicle and valid driver's license. * Willingness to reside in Ica (mandatory). Responsibilities: * Review sales tools with team members. * Review daily routes and objectives with team members. * Plan customer visits. * Communicate promotions and product launches. * Supervise and monitor team routines. * Coordinate proper product delivery. * Manage credit and collections.
