Position Summary: We are seeking a senior professional to lead multidisciplinary supervision of an industrial plant for blueberry processing and cold storage, directing construction works and teams. Key Highlights: 1. Lead comprehensive technical supervision of field construction works. 2. Manage quality and risks in refrigeration systems and electrical rooms. 3. Coordinate and direct on-site supervision teams. **Project Context** We seek a senior professional to lead multidisciplinary supervision of an industrial plant for blueberry processing and cold storage. The project encompasses simultaneous integration of civil works, steel structures, thermal panel installation, electromechanical equipment, medium-voltage electrical rooms (22.9 kV), and complex ammonia (R717) and propylene glycol refrigeration systems. **Key Responsibilities** * **Integrated Leadership:** Lead and manage technical supervision of field construction, ensuring proper integration across civil, structural, thermal, and electromechanical (MEP) disciplines. * **Schedule Control:** Administer, monitor, and update the project schedule using MS Project, ensuring milestone completion within the contractual 10-month timeframe. * **Quality and Risk Management:** Ensure installation and commissioning of critical equipment (especially industrial refrigeration systems and electrical rooms) comply with TDR technical specifications. * **Documentation and Engineering Control:** Review, validate, and manage field layout drawings and engineering versions using AutoCAD, ensuring the team works with current documentation. * **Team Leadership:** Coordinate and direct the on-site supervision team (Technical Assistant, Occupational Health and Safety Officer / SSOMA, etc.) and manage direct technical communication with the client and contractors. **Mandatory Requirements (Exclusionary Filters)** * **Education:** Licensed and registered professional holding a degree in **Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Mechanical-Electrical / Electromechanical Engineering**. * **General Experience:** Minimum **8 years** of professional experience. * **Specific Experience:** Minimum **4 years** in supervisory, managerial, or site director roles for construction or supervision of industrial plants, industrial warehouses, logistics centers, or cold storage facilities. * **Management Tools:** Advanced and proven proficiency in **MS Project** and Microsoft Office. * **Engineering:** Required **AutoCAD** proficiency for reading and validating drawings. * **Availability:** Must reside in or be fully available for continuous on-site work in **ICA** for 10 months. **Technical Differentiators (Preferred)** * Demonstrable experience supervising installation and commissioning of industrial ammonia (R717) refrigeration systems. * Proven ability to coordinate overlapping work fronts on highly complex projects. * Familiarity with BIM/Revit environments for digital coordination and intermediate technical English.
