Position Summary: We are seeking a Licensed Resident Engineer to supervise the execution of civil works for a packaging plant construction project, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards. Key Responsibilities: 1. Direct and supervise civil works in accordance with the technical file. 2. Ensure compliance with deadlines, budget, and quality standards. 3. Coordinate with technical and administrative departments, preparing progress reports. **We are looking for a Licensed Resident Engineer** to execute a **packaging plant construction project** — covering all civil engineering specialties — located in **Ica**. **REQUIREMENTS:** ◇ **Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering**, licensed and registered (CIP). ◇ **Proven experience** in resident engineering for industrial or agro-industrial civil works (plants, warehouses, packaging facilities, or similar). ◇ Proficiency in construction logbooks, valuations, and technical reports. ◇ Residency in Ica is an advantage, although **not an exclusionary requirement**. ◇ Leadership, organizational skills, and ability to work under pressure. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** ◇ Direct and supervise the execution of all civil works in accordance with the technical file. ◇ Ensure compliance with deadlines, budget, and quality standards. ◇ Coordinate with the company’s technical and administrative departments. ◇ Prepare progress reports and construction logbooks. ◇ Other duties as assigned by management. **CONDITIONS:** ◇ **Project duration:** 5 months. ◇ **Working hours:** Monday to Saturday. ◇ **Payment method:** Honorarium receipts. ◇ **Work location:** Ica, Peru.
