**Job Objectives** Ensure achievement of the sales budget within the Agro-Industries segment by strategically leading and effectively managing the assigned sales team. The role will be responsible for positioning the biological and innovative products of the Point BioScience Division in the market, guaranteeing sustainable results, consolidating relationships with key clients, and generating profitable growth opportunities for the company. **Main Functions and Responsibilities:** · Achieve and, if possible, exceed the assigned sales budget for the agro-industrial channel, driving profitable and sustainable growth of biological and innovative products in target markets. · Formulate and support the annual sales budget for the agro-industrial channel, segmented by regions, ensuring alignment with the growth objectives of the Point BioScience Division. · Periodically analyze the sales budget and adjust, when necessary, purchase requirements in coordination with the immediate supervisor and the responsible department. · Design and implement commercial strategies focused on positioning and growing biological and innovative products, presenting periodic reports for analysis by division management. · Ensure the sales team has solid technical-commercial knowledge of the product portfolio, as well as the tools, materials, and updated documentation required for their activities. · Evaluate and monitor individual and collective performance of the sales team, establishing performance indicators and continuous improvement plans. · Supervise achievement of objectives and work plans through the use of platforms such as Salesforce and analytical management tools (MS Office, dashboards, CRM). · Coordinate with the Development area to promote positioning of new brands, expanded uses, and key launches within the agro-industrial segment. · Ensure compliance with commercial conditions, sales policies, and contractual guidelines defined by the company. · Present monthly sales performance analyses, trends, progress, and opportunities in the agro-industrial sector to commercial management. · Ensure proper application of procedures, instructions, and policies of the integrated management system (IMS). · Assume other responsibilities inherent to the role that contribute to achieving divisional objectives. · Supervise and accompany field execution of commercial and technical activities carried out by the sales team, ensuring correct promotion, usage, and positioning of biological and innovative products among key clients and producers. **Requirements:** * University degree in Agricultural Engineering. * Residence in Ica (desirable) * Class A1 driver's license (mandatory) * Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar roles, leading sales teams. \- Commercial Strategies for Innovative Products. \- Knowledge of the Crop Protection Market in the Agro-Industrial segment. \- Technical knowledge in plant physiology and biostimulation. \- Innovation Management and New Product Development. **At Point Andina, we respect and value individual characteristics of people and believe diversity and inclusion strengthen our society.
