Job Summary: Coordinate and execute personnel selection, training, and development processes, monitoring program effectiveness and supervising talent development. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages training and personnel development logistics 2. Coordinates onboarding and selection of operational and administrative staff 3. Supervises the trainee development program On behalf of our client, we are seeking a Selection, Training and Development Assistant - Operations / Ica To perform the following functions: 1. Coordinate the logistical and administrative execution of staff training and development programs in accordance with annual plans and internal procedures, ensuring resource availability and adherence to scheduled timelines. 2. Coordinate the implementation of onboarding and selection processes for technical operational and administrative staff, in line with human resource management policies and procedures, contributing to proper integration and cultural alignment of new employees. 3. Monitor training program effectiveness through evaluations, within the framework of the department's continuous improvement processes, departmental KPIs, and audit requirements, ensuring timely updates and traceability of training records to identify optimization opportunities in development plans. 4. Supervise the organizational trainee development program, aligned with corporate growth objectives and culture, to enhance professional development, promote talent retention, and ensure continuity of internal succession pipelines. 5. Execute and control recruitment and selection processes according to defined procedures and position profiles to ensure hiring of competent personnel aligned with organizational culture. 6. Comply with all safety controls specified in the IPER-C for this position; if supervising staff, oversee and ensure compliance with all safety controls specified in the IPER-C for their positions.
