CCTV Operator Job Objective Detect potential threats and provide visual support for the company's comprehensive security, contributing to incident prevention, response, and documentation. Requirements Technical professional in Computer Science and Informatics, Systems Engineering, or related fields. Minimum 2 years of experience in similar positions or functions. Willingness to reside or work in Ica. Specific Knowledge Video surveillance and monitoring technologies. CCTV systems. Emergency situation handling. BASC regulations and standards. Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. Key Responsibilities Monitor and ensure the operational functionality of the video surveillance system, guaranteeing service continuity and constant security coverage. Manage image and video recording, storage, and backup to ensure information availability for audits, investigations, or legal requirements. Coordinate with the Head of Asset Security and Loss Control, as well as security personnel, to respond promptly and effectively to detected events. Submit daily reports on system status and security incidents to facilitate control and decision-making. Maintain confidentiality of information managed within the CCTV system, complying with internal policies and regulations.
