Job Summary: We are seeking a Dispatch Controller to verify, control, and coordinate the outbound flow of merchandise, ensuring accurate validation and system registration of products. Supervision of loading and safety compliance Our client, a leading local company operating in the Ica market and prominent in the mass consumption sector, is currently seeking top talent to fill the position of Dispatch Controller. REQUIREMENTS: Technical or university degree in Logistics, Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. Minimum 1 year of experience in dispatch, warehouse, or logistics. Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. Intermediate-level SAP proficiency. Availability to work fixed night shifts. Residence in Ica or nearby areas. WORK SCHEDULE: Night shifts with Sunday off: Night shift: 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM FUNCTIONS: Verify and control proper merchandise outbound according to waybills and dispatch orders. Validate quantities, codes, batches, and product conditions prior to loading. Coordinate dispatch scheduling with warehouse, transportation, and operations departments. Record receipts and shipments in the system (Excel / SAP / ERP). Monitor dispatch timing and route compliance. Supervise vehicle loading and ensure adherence to safety procedures.
