A prominent logistics sector company is currently seeking an Inventory Analyst to join our operations team.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in warehouse or distribution center inventory control.
Proficiency in WMS or ERP systems (mandatory).
Intermediate or advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis).
Availability to work during operational hours.
Responsibilities:
Control and analyze physical inventory versus system (WMS / ERP).
Execute cyclic and general inventories.
Identify and analyze discrepancies (shortages, overages, shrinkage).
Prepare management reports and KPIs (accuracy, turnover, coverage).
Coordinate with receiving, picking, and dispatch departments to ensure stock traceability.
Propose process improvements to reduce stockouts and overstock.
Supervise accurate system recording of inventory movements.
