Application of basic knowledge in electricity, plumbing, and painting **Maintenance Technician / General Maintenance Personnel** (Real Estate Project) **Job Objective** Provide support for operational tasks, general maintenance, and repairs within the real estate project, ensuring proper functionality, conservation, and presentation of facilities. **Main Responsibilities** * Perform basic electrical, plumbing, painting, drywall, and finishing work. * Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance in common areas and facilities. * Assist with minor repairs within the project. * Verify proper operation of equipment, lighting fixtures, faucets, and furniture. * Report incidents or defects identified on-site or in facilities. * Support installation and conditioning of spaces. * Keep tools and work areas organized and clean. * Comply with safety protocols and proper tool usage. * Coordinate daily assigned tasks with supervision. * Assist with operational tasks as required by the project. **Requirements** **Education** * Completed high school or incomplete/completed technical studies related to maintenance, electricity, construction, or similar fields. **Experience** * Minimum 1–2 years in general maintenance, construction, or real estate projects. * Experience performing multifunctional tasks. **Knowledge** * Basic electricity. * Basic plumbing. * Painting and finishing. * Use of manual and power tools. * Basic site safety knowledge.
