Job Summary: We are seeking a Fleet Manager to oversee operational availability, coordinate maintenance activities, control fleet costs, and manage vehicle incidents. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages the operational availability of the vehicle fleet 2. Coordinates and monitors preventive and corrective maintenance 3. Controls fleet costs and manages incidents Cantalloc S.A.C., an Iquenian company dedicated to developing construction and electrical engineering projects, operating in the Department of Ica and part of Ayacucho, and currently part of Grupo Energía Bogotá (GEB), is seeking new talent for the Fleet Manager position at its Ica office. Requirements: Bachelor's degree or graduate in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Transportation Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. Over 2 years of experience in fleet management, transportation logistics, and/or field operations. Courses or diplomas in Fleet Management, Logistics, or Maintenance (preferred). Minimum management of 80 vehicles (preferred). Intermediate proficiency in Excel and Power BI. Experience using fleet management systems such as GPS, Telemetry, etc. Responsibilities: Administer the operational availability of the vehicle fleet across all locations. Coordinate and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance. Control fleet costs (fuel, insurance, maintenance). Manage vehicle incidents and related procedures with insurance companies. Verify mandatory documentation (SOAT, RT, insurance policies, permits). Prepare fleet reports and performance indicators.
