Job Summary: We are seeking a Civil, Industrial, or Electromechanical Engineer to supervise field activities for a multidisciplinary industrial project. Key Highlights: 1. Direct field construction supervision experience. **Join DECHINI’s team as a FIELD SUPERVISOR – ELECTROMECHANICAL!** At DECHINI, we are looking for a **Civil Engineer, Industrial Engineer, or Electromechanical Engineer** with industrial project experience to join the supervision team for an upcoming project **in Ica**. We seek a professional with experience in industrial plants, cold storage facilities, industrial warehouses, or logistics centers, capable of monitoring field activities within a multidisciplinary environment. **WHAT WILL BE YOUR CHALLENGES?** * Monitor field-executed work. * Verify activity progress against the project’s technical documentation. * Coordinate on-site with involved disciplines. * Record and report observations or deviations identified during execution. * Participate in monitoring installations and activities typical of an industrial project. **THE PROFILE WE SEEK:** * A **licensed** Civil Engineer, Industrial Engineer, or Electromechanical Engineer. * Minimum **5 years of general experience**. * Minimum **3 years of experience in similar positions**. * Experience in **industrial plants, cold storage facilities, industrial warehouses, or logistics centers**. * Intermediate-level proficiency in **MS Project**. * Proficiency in **AutoCAD**. **WHAT DO WE OFFER?** * Formal employment contract. * Participation in a multidisciplinary industrial project. * Joining DECHINI's technical team. * Direct field construction supervision experience.
