**Job Profile – Marketing Assistant** **Department:** Marketing / Communications **Education:** High school graduate or bachelor’s degree in **Communication Sciences**, **Marketing**, or related fields. **Work Mode:** On-site **Location:** San Isidro **Job Objective** Provide comprehensive support to the marketing department in content creation, campaign execution, and digital communications management, including the necessary **audiovisual recording, editing, and production** to strengthen brand presence. **Key Responsibilities** * Record content for social media, internal events, activations, and institutional materials. * Edit short- and medium-length videos (Reels, TikToks, testimonials, institutional videos). * Take basic photographs of products, spaces, activities, and internal materials. * Create and manage the department’s **content calendar** (monthly planning, simple copywriting, calendar scheduling). * Monitor social media platforms, track interactions, and assist with moderation. * Support events, activations, material production, and operational tasks. **Requirements** * High school graduate or bachelor’s degree in **Marketing**, **Communication**, or related fields. * 0–1 year of experience in content, social media, or marketing roles. * **Mandatory:** Proficiency in editing tools (Premiere, CapCut, or similar). * Ability to record content using smartphones or basic cameras with aesthetic criteria. * Familiarity with social media platforms: Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn. * Knowledge of Illustrator or basic design tools.
