Job Summary: We are seeking a Warehouse Clerk to manage orders, local purchases, inventory control, and goods storage at a hotel. Key Responsibilities: 1. Order and procurement control 2. Positive work environment We are looking for (01\) WAREHOUSE CLERK FOR DM MOSSONE\- ICA * Monitor purchase orders from various hotel departments and request approval from the Administrator to ensure timely expense control. * Manage local purchase orders, request their approval, and forward them to respective suppliers to ensure acquisition within established deadlines. * Execute local hotel purchases as required. * Monitor and verify incoming goods to the warehouse against agreed quantities and prices for proper recording. * Update incoming and outgoing goods information in the system to maintain accurate stock levels. * Ensure proper storage of goods, considering optimal preservation conditions such as size, shape, expiration date, and odor to guarantee their integrity. * Monitor, organize, and distribute goods according to requests from respective departments for timely service. * Conduct and document the monthly inventory of existing goods jointly with the hotel’s Administration Department. * Perform other duties and responsibilities within the scope of authority as stipulated by current regulatory provisions and/or assigned by the immediate supervisor. REQUIREMENTS: * Technical graduate and/or university student in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields. * Office – Intermediate level in word processing, presentations, spreadsheets, Hotel Management Systems, and Warehouse Management Systems. * Warehouse Management, Procurement Processes, Inventory Control. * English – Basic or Intermediate level. * Minimum: 1 year of experience in similar positions.
